What’s Next for LMH?
Grace has led us safe thus far.
Lead Me Home is actively seeking its next chapter. While we do not yet know what it holds, here’s what we do know.
Goals
Family first - any future expansion will be a good fit for our young family. We delight in teaching the values of hard work, but it will balance with fun and relaxation. (maybe a beach house?!)
Blessing to others - we firmly believe we are blessed to bless others. We hope to grow to a point where we are continually enriching the lives of others through opportunities created through our business.
Stewardship - we evaluate every investment with the utmost diligence and care. As a relatively new business, we are not afraid of hard work - but we have a healthy respect for financial risk. We will be good stewards with what is entrusted to us.
Options
Investors - LMH is open to discussing investor options. We currently have formal arrangements with two investors. Each investor agreement is unique and customized to ensure it manages benefits and risks for all parties.
New Properties: identify, own, or manage - we are always looking for additional properties that meet our investment criteria. We currently own all properties in our portfolio, but are open to discussing how we might manage on behalf of others, or simply help you identify a property of your own.
Renovations - if you have a property that could use some TLC and need some help knowing where to start, we would love to help you create a plan to sculpt your own beautiful beginning.
